By using epicswap, you are accepting and consenting to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in cancellation of membership.
Things that you cannot do on epicswap
You are not allowed to do the following on the epicswap website:
- Offer DVD recordings not created by the copyright holder, including recopied media in any form and DVDs in which any aspect of the film is missing or obscured. This includes 'pirate' copies of DVDs and those that do not play perfectly.
- You cannot offer DVDs rated by the British Board of Film Classification as 'R18'. 'R18' DVDs may not be supplied by mail order, and so cannot be offered for swaps on epicswap.
- It is also forbidden to act in a profane or otherwise abusive manner on the site.
epicswap is a website for setting up swaps between individuals. When you offer or accept a swap with another member you are entering into an agreement with that other member only. Any complaints must be taken up with the other member. epics swap accepts no responsibility for any loss of DVDs.
